Risk Disclosure
Last updated: May 2026
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. RadarOps is a data analytics tool — not a financial adviser, broker, or investment service. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes.
Trading & Investment Risk
Trading financial instruments — including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, options, forex, and any other asset class — involves substantial risk of financial loss. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Past data patterns, historical price movements, and statistical signals are not indicative of future results.
Markets can move against any position regardless of what data patterns suggest. No scanner, data tool, indicator, or analytical system — including RadarOps — can predict future price movements with any reliability.
Not Financial Advice
Nothing on RadarOps — including scanner output, direction indicators (bull/bear labels), in-play scores, signal bar ratings, timeframe data, confluence counts, or any other feature — is financial advice, investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to trade.
RadarOps is a data analytics tool. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions you make. RadarOps accepts no responsibility for any losses you incur as a result of using this platform.
Data Accuracy & Latency Risk
Market data displayed on RadarOps is sourced from Binance's public data feeds. This data may be:
• Delayed — Recon tier data is intentionally delayed; paid tiers receive real-time data subject to feed availability
• Incomplete — data feeds may be missing certain markets, assets, or timeframes at any given moment
• Inaccurate — third-party data providers may contain errors, gaps, or anomalies
• Temporarily unavailable — data feeds may be interrupted
Do not make time-sensitive trading decisions based solely on data displayed on RadarOps. Always verify data against your broker or a primary data source before acting.
Technology & Platform Risk
RadarOps is a technology platform and may be subject to:
• Service outages or downtime — we do not guarantee continuous availability
• Delays or errors in data processing and alert generation
• Software bugs that may cause incorrect or missing data
• Websocket disconnections that may delay real-time updates
• Infrastructure failures beyond our control
We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from platform unavailability, data errors, or technical failures. Always have backup tools and do not rely solely on RadarOps for trading decisions.
Subscription & Financial Risk
Subscription fees paid to RadarOps are non-refundable after any applicable trial period. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period.
The 7-day Command trial (no card required) and any 14-day paid plan trial are provided on a best-efforts basis. RadarOps reserves the right to modify or withdraw trial offerings at any time for new registrations.
RadarOps's pricing, features, and availability may change at any time. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If the service is discontinued, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period on a pro-rata basis.
Regulatory Risk
The regulatory environment for data analytics tools, financial technology, and digital assets is evolving. Changes in applicable law — including but not limited to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), or applicable ASIC regulations — may affect how RadarOps operates or what features it can offer.
RadarOps does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). If ASIC were to determine that any feature of RadarOps constitutes the provision of a financial service requiring an AFSL, we may be required to modify or remove that feature. We cannot guarantee continuity of any specific feature.
Third-Party Risk
RadarOps integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Telegram (optional alerts), and Binance (market data). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of these third parties.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's security practices and availability are outside our control.
Leverage & Derivatives Risk
If you trade leveraged products — including margin accounts, CFDs, options, futures, or leveraged ETFs — your losses can exceed your initial investment. Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses. RadarOps scanner data should never be used as the sole basis for leveraged trading decisions.
Before trading any leveraged product, ensure you fully understand how leverage works and the risks involved. Consider seeking independent financial advice from a licensed financial adviser.
Psychological & Behavioural Risk
Trading decisions made under emotional or psychological pressure frequently result in poor outcomes. RadarOps's scanner output may create a perception of urgency or opportunity that is not justified by the underlying data.
Be aware of your own behavioural biases — including overconfidence, FOMO (fear of missing out), and confirmation bias — when using any data tool. Develop and follow a documented trading plan. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
If you have questions about these risk disclosures, contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. For independent financial advice, consult a licensed financial adviser. You can find a licensed adviser at moneysmart.gov.au.
