No Australian Financial Services Licence

RadarOps does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is not authorised by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to provide financial product advice.

RadarOps is a market data analytics platform. It collects, processes, and presents publicly available market data across multiple timeframes. The platform is a data tool — it does not provide recommendations, signals, tips, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any financial product or asset.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial product advice as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). If you require financial product advice, please consult a qualified adviser who holds an AFSL. You can verify an adviser's licence at moneysmart.gov.au.

Nature of Scanner Output

The scanner output — including direction indicators (bull/bear), in-play scores, signal bar ratings, and timeframe data — represents a statistical aggregation of publicly available market data. These outputs are the result of automated data processing and are presented for informational purposes only.

They are not:

• Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial product

• Predictions of future price movements

• Research reports or investment analysis under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

• Advice of any kind

All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk.

Market Data Sources

Market data displayed on RadarOps is sourced from Binance's public data feeds. We stream and process this data to power our analytics platform.

RadarOps makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any data displayed. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors. Do not rely on this data for time-sensitive trading decisions.

Note: Recon (free) tier data is intentionally delayed — refer to your account tier for applicable delay periods. Tactical and Command tiers receive real-time data subject to Binance feed availability.

RadarOps has no financial interest in any outcome of your trading activity. We do not:

• Receive commissions, rebates, or referral fees from any broker or trading platform

• Hold positions in any assets displayed on the platform

• Have any commercial relationship with any asset issuer whose data appears on the platform

• Receive payment from any third party to promote or feature particular assets

Our sole revenue source is subscription fees paid by users for access to the platform.

Subscription & Trial Disclosure

RadarOps offers the following account types:

• Recon — free tier, available permanently with no credit card required. Data is intentionally delayed.

A 14-day free trial period may be offered for paid plans. Where offered, a valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing commences automatically.

No refunds are issued on subscription fees after any applicable trial period. These disclosures are made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the requirements of the ACCC regarding subscription auto-renewal transparency.
